Our house was hit with hail in summer and damaged the front part of our roof, gutters, downspouts and siding. Another town was hit before ours and I went to that town to look at all the advertisements and stopped at a couple of houses to speak with the homeowners regarding their experience with their roofs. Great Service, very professional and reasonable. We had a wind storm pass through our area which ripped off quite a few roof shingles. I talked with Jake and he was great, he assured me it's not a big deal and they would take care of it. As it worked out, Jake got someone there right away because we were expecting more heavy rain. Paragon installed a new roof with complete tear off in July of 2021 and I’ve waited to post a review to see how it holds up in all different Wisconsin weather. I’m very happy with how quiet it is in the house even in the pouring rain! Although last winter wasn’t too heavy with snow we didn’t have any ice dams, issues with any leaking, or trouble retaining heat. Paragon gave us an incredibly competitive price and had the shortest lead time for install- the crew arrived around 7am and were done by 11am! Overall, Jake and Tim were very helpful and responsive when answering all my questions. A few things were missed that were included in our quote but Tim was quick to come by and fix everything and review the work himself. Will be considering them for new gutters later on.
